Thato Tlhomelang, a Life Health Solutions paramedic at the mine in question, shares some of his insights following the success of the audit. - How do you maintain such a high standard of service delivery?
It’s all about dedication – you’ve got to go the extra mile by making sure that all of the relevant client requirements are complied with, submitting the required documents timeously and maintaining high standards by doing audits, key performance indicators and in-service training. - What inspires you to keep delivering such a high standard for your clients?
Prioritising health and safety. I am currently a Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) representative and I’m driven by my dream of one day becoming a Safety Officer. - What is ISO certification?
ISO certification means that the work we do, or produce is ethical, of good quality, promotes health and safety, and is efficient. Globally, it sets the standard of occupational health and safety.
