THE POWER OF COLLECTIVE EFFORT

Individual efforts can bring excellence, but only collective efforts can deliver effectively"  – Narendra Modi

I really enjoyed writing this newsletter. My pride as CEO of Life Health Solutions increases when I hear from our clients who publicly praise you, the awards you have received, your collective efforts that have elevated our products and services, and the personal testimonials that have strengthened our brand. You’ll know what I mean when you read the accomplishments in this newsletter.

It has become increasingly evident that cross-functional collaboration is accelerating our progress; and although we may not see everything that takes place behind the scenes, some key moments have been revealed. Now that we're in Mandela Month, what better time to highlight them?

Nelson Mandela once said, 'What counts… is the difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.' Now that we have unveiled our strategy, you can see how this powerful message resonates deeply with our company’s core purpose of making a difference. Our purpose extends beyond our products and services—it is about improving lives, uplifting communities, and contributing to a better world. We have most certainly improved lives, and we did that together.

As we step into Mandela Month, I am filled with pride and excitement about the incredible opportunities we have right now to fulfill our purpose. Each of us, in our own unique way, has the privilege and responsibility to create positive change. Collectively; we are a force for good. I encourage you to embrace our purpose: making a meaningful change.

Read on to get the highlights.

Our strategy unpacked, in progress

Last month, we presented our refined business strategy to you. Since then, we've seen a remarkable amount of cross-collaboration among departments and teams. As expected, I have observed the teams' daily work transform into results-driven outputs that also demonstrate our core pillars of growth, efficiency, quality, and sustainability. This, of course, is a journey. As a young brand, we have many growth opportunities that lay ahead of us. Your individual excellence and collective efforts, however, will make all of that possible.

Telesure shows appreciation for our clinic sisters on International Nurses Day

Every year, the 12th of May is celebrated to honour nursing professionals' selfless sacrifices and tireless efforts in providing quality patient care. This year, Telesure—a Life Health Solutions client—used the occasion to honour our nurses. To show their appreciation, particularly for the clinic sisters who work onsite for Telesure, they posted a special message on LinkedIn with the following caption: “We shout out loudly to them for their compassion and dedication, acting as pillars of our employees' health. These unsung heroes help us stay healthy, empowering us to thrive and perform at our peak. A heartfelt thank you to our nursing superheroes!”

Gaylene Khan celebrates 20 years with Life Health Solutions

Gaylene started as an administrative clerk in 2004. At the time, most of her administrative duties were done manually on paper and telephonically. However, as the business evolved, Gaylene did as well, growing her responsibilities and digital skills. “I have always been based at Ford PE and witnessing the transformations happen in the company because of the help and steer from Life Health Solutions; it has benefited the client tremendously” – says Gaylene. Recalling her most memorable moments, she talks about fellowship and interaction among colleagues, team-building exercises, and strategising ways to better serve patients and clients. After twenty years of service, Gaylene says, “I’m extremely proud to be part of this organisation, mainly because of the quality service we render to our clients, patients and staff. As a tenured employee, I can give my company a round of applause”. You too, Gaylene, deserve a round of applause for your impeccable service. Thank you, and well done!
