The Primary Health app went live at Telesure (TIH) on Monday, 14 March
Over the next two months, the Primary Health App will be piloted at the Telesure head office in Johannesburg as well as their Durban branch in KwaZulu Natal. Jithen Paramanund, the product owner, as well as Salomi McKuur, the operations coordinator, were on-site yesterday to assist employees with the onboarding process. The purpose of the app is to allow Telesure employees to electronically book their nurse consultations instead of doing them manually. So, in addition to saving time, it streamlines their current booking process. Moreover, Jithen taught the onsite nurses and administrator how to use the app, which will be taken over by them in terms of promoting the app and assisting employees with registration and booking.
“Super simple, and easy to use”
Responses have been very positive. Almost 30 employees between the Johannesburg and Durban sites have signed up for the virtual service, with one employee expressing how simple and easy it is to use. Telesure is the first of several clients lined up to use the Primary Health App. More will follow in the coming months.
